I made it to survive another week on the Scrapping Survivor Road Trip.  For week 4, the challenge is about scrapping your favorite place to escape, to take a break and relax for a minute.

Since I really enjoy spending time outdoors because of the fresh air, the sights, and the sounds, I wanted to scrap a wonderful park that our family discovered one Mother’s Day….

It was a memorable Mother’s Day. 

We spent the morning worshipping.  On the way home, we spotted this beautiful park. 

Since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to stop and check it out.

To our surprise, we discovered a wonderful pond, weeping willows, trees in bloom, and a stunning memorial garden.  It was so peaceful.  We really enjoyed spending this glorious day together as a family…
