When I saw the following color palet, I just could not help but smile! I just had to create a kit to go along with these fun colors. Can you tell by the title what the theme was. (Give you a hint, it was a hit cartoon series back in the 80's and it involved some kids and a dog and they loved to solve mysteries.) Stay tuned because this train will leave Oct. 1st!
