Cancer Alliance Blog - How to Use Creativity to Cope

Cancer Alliance Blog

I recently became aware of a Cancer Alliance blog which focuses on creativity as a means for healing for cancer survivors or others who might be facing some other health obstacles.  (They have found that “Many cancer survivors have used creativity as an outlet to make it through treatments or to celebrate cancer in remission. Entire support groups have been formed to help patients cope with a cancer prognosis.”)  Therefore, this blog offers encouragement and also offers a whole community of support for those who might be facing some serious health issue.

Here is a brief summary of How Cancer Survivors Have Use Creativity to Cope
  1. Join Support Groups the Promote Creativity:  Join others to bond, share and be inspired by each other’s art form.
  2. Go On a Creative Retreat for Cancer Survivors
  3. Paint or Photograph Image:
  4. Act or Model
I feel that we all know someone (if not having a first hand experience ourselves) in dealing with health obstacles so I wanted to share this Cancer Alliance blog with you.  I have also decided to add the Inspiration Advocate button to my blog to help raise awareness.

To get more information on this organization, you can check out this blog: Mesothelioma Cancer Alliance.

Warm wishes everyone,
Pizazz Pixels (Annemarie)
