The Scraplift Challenge this month is one that I definitely need.  You are given a layout and you are to use this page as inspiration, create a layout and post it here and the gallery!

The layout that was provided shows paper layering and deals with shadowing so I focused on these 2 items of the layout, along with the general look of the page.
