Happy Saint Patrick's Day. It is still very cold where I live and it does not look like we will get much warmer than 21 for the first day of spring this week! Other places, I have been told, are experiencing more spring like weather and are enjoying blooms already. Here is a little layout to push for an early spring.... (This was spring of 2011)
