Layouts using "All About the Girls Series" by Pizazz Pixels

I wanted to share with you a few layouts made from my "All About the Girls Series" before I forget!  The first is an incredible layout created by An Geon.  She is truly captured all the beauty of this series and created an incredible layout.  I just love all those strips and those pops of bright pink everywhere.  She interwove all those purple accents beautifully! The grey was just the perfect choice to see everything off too!

And now for a personal layout created as inspiration for last month's Scraplift Challenge over at Wilma4Ever.  I played around with putting elements behind and in front of the photo to make it seem like it was part of the photo itself.  I also tried to showcase a lot of the elements in this layout and I think I accomplished that.

 

"A Fun Filled Day at the Park" Layouts

Summer is in full swing--In the 80's where I live!  My kids are lucky--they are taking swimming lessons a few times a week!  At least they get to cool off a bit and have fun splashing in a pool too!

Speaking of summer, here are two outdoor themed layouts which my Creative Team gals created using my recent release, "A Fun Filled Day at the Park."  Get ready for some bright and bold colors folks!

Arimbi designed this darling creation which makes great use of "white space."  I really love how those rays on the paper draw the focus to her beautiful daughter who is enjoying some time outdoors.   Those adorable banners which she created using the papers really finished off that bold frame nicely!   This little darling girl looks like she does not mind being the center of attention! 

Ready for another fun-filled layout.  In this one, Kristine showcases the highlights of a huge birthday celebration where 4 children's birthdays were celebrated at one home!  (3 children share the same birthday and the other has a birthday within 9 days of the others)  The whole class was invited to this event.  (I admire anyone brave enough to host anything with more than 3 kids in attendance!)

Newly Released Kit - Sugar Stardust 2 and layouts

How is everyone surviving this summer?  It has been in the 90's this past week where we live and there have been a few 100 degree days so we have tried to stay inside.  It has been so hot that our kids baseball/softball games have been cancelled due to heat!  We even lost power last week for 4 hours so that was quite the experience--at least we were home because the garage door cannot be opened without electricity! We tried to make the best of things, though, and played board games by candelight downstairs where it is cool!  The kids loved the new experience of roughing it but I am thankful for modern day conveniences like the microwave, stove, and being able to flush a toilet!

Anyways, here is Sugar Stardust 2

So clever to use so many papers in one layout by using the crop tool to create those geometric shapes!  So cool!  This creates such a great cluster affect!  And the scallped edges really create an elegant look to my paper.  Thanks Deia!!!
