Newly Released Kit - Year in Review: January (Candy Cane Lane)

How many out there in digi land are keeping to those Project 365 resolutions to take photos and/or create a layout?  This year is the first year that I actually designed a Project 365 type series since I just started designing a short time ago.  I am super excited about it too! 

January is a time for new beginnings and this kit will certainly allow you to celebrate all of those special events (New Year’s celebrations, snow days, birthdays, etc.).  The color scheme chosen came from a traditional winter favorite—the candy cane so some of the elements were designed around this tasty treat!

This kit is a part of a monthly 365 Project Series which can be mixed and matched for unlimited scrapping possibilities. I already know the color theme for each month (included in the kit is a preview of  the colors that were used in designing the kit for each of the 12 months).

Week of 1/8/2012 Freebie-Look on the Bright Side

Well everyone, I have to tell you that this will be the last installment for the "Hope Springs Eternal" Mega Kit.  I have enjoyed sharing the pieces with you over the last few months while I have celebrated my first few months as a designer at Digi Style Designs. 

This last little installment will leave you with an optimistic outlook...."Look on the Bright Side" which will inspire all of you to enjoy the things you love and do the things that you enjoy.  For me this will mean spending time with my family first and then designing more kits for the store as well as for this blog...

I just had to post about the overwhelming amounts of comments I have been receiving lately from all of my great blog followers and readers!  I so appreciate you taking the time to give me some feedback because I am just starting out as a designer and your comments are so helpful and encouraging!

Week of 1/1/2012 Freebie - Twists N Turns & Blooms

Happy New Year Everyone!  2012 has arrived.  How will you start the year?  Do you make a resolution, do you return all those gifts that were not quite right for the holidays or are you excited about what 2012 will bring?
