New Release - Dreaming of a Mouse - Night Magic by Pizazz Pixels

Just got back from school orientation for our oldest.  School is quickly approaching so now comes the shopping for supplies stage! 

I managed to finish up one last kit for August.  It is called Dreaming of  a Mouse - Night Magic.  When I was working on my "Dreaming of a Mouse" Series, I realized that I represented Disney by day pretty well, but there was nothing which could highlight those magical nights at the amusement park.  So I began to create some items to showcase things that occur at theme parks during the night  such as parades, fireworks, beautiful sunsets, the magic of twilight. 

There are a few items specific to Disney, but the majority of this kit is more generic to help you scrap those special magical nights! This full sized kit contains 24 papers and 66 elements.  Best of all, this brand new release is on sale for only $2.39 until Saturday evening!

New Release of Series - "A Day at the Amusement Park: Riding the Rides" by Pizazz Pixels

After I finished the "Dreaming of a Mouse" Series, I realized that there was something missing--the rides!  So I began a new Amusement Park Series focusing on the fun rides at theme parks!  The color scheme chosen will be used for a few more kits to be released in September so you can enjoy a mega collection of papers, elements, and other products which can be used alone or mixed and matched for unlimited scrapping possibilities!

If you are looking for elements that are so original and unique, look no further because I digitally designed each of these 50 elements by myself! (I have a new respect for all those theme park engineers because I now know how difficult it is to create tracks with a beginning, an end, and a fun track too!  Also, there are so many little details to each ride, it is really incredible to me!)

New Release - Dreaming of a Mouse

Whenever I find myself at a point where I get "designers block", I will often check out a folder which I have created on our computer called "Partial Kits in Progress."  In this folder, I place possible color scheme ideas and I also place partial kit ideas in there which contain just a few bits and pieces of a kit which I might later work with.  When I looked in this folder a few weeks back, I found a really old idea that I had related to Disney.  This kit contained a few papers and a couple of elements, but I never really used it because I just did not think I could do it justice back when I was first starting out designing.  Well, now that I have a couple of year's worth of designing under my belt, I decided to officially design a complete kit around Disney.

Once I was happy with the color scheme and re-worked some of my previous ideas, I started to really get excited because this new release was finally coming to life right before my eyes!  And once I started, I just kept going and going and decided that I had better design a whole series around that magical mouse who is world famous!

As the days go by, I will show you a preview of each of the different products which are part of a series which I call "Dreaming of a Mouse".  (I decided on this title because it has been about 6 years since our family has personally visited the magical land of Disney and I keep dreaming that we will be able to get there again very soon!)

CU Item - Grilling It

How many of you enjoy cooking outdoors?  The flavor to me is fantastic!  We just bought a new grill so we had to try it out the other day and the food was so good that even the kids enjoyed their meal which is pretty amazing! 

If you enjoy grilling too, here is the latest release which I designed as another CU product....  I used our latest grill as inspiration--We finally splurged and bought a stand up model after 5 years because they were having a super sale on grills in honor of the 4th of July! 

Included are an open grill and a closed grill which include the .psd layered template and the individual .png files and I also threw in 3 different grill racks in png format.

New Releases - A Bit of Green - Pistachio Series by Pizazz Pixels

March is here! It is the month of our daughter's birthday and this is fitting too because she can be spunky like a lion and sweet like a lamb!

March is the month of St. Patrick's Day here in the states but I wanted to design some things which could be a bit more useful for all of my fans both here in the US. and also in other parts of the world which do not celebrate this particular holiday.  Thus, I decided to focus on the color green and once I got going, I began to add creamy white and a bit of grey for contrast.  After looking at these colors for a while, I was reminded of a particular food item which strangely matched the colors of the items which I was designing--the pistachio nut!  So I went with it and added a few nuts to the kit and created some other pistachio related items as well. I was really happy with the end results and I hope you will agree too!
